摘　　要：目的:探讨单孔胸腔镜术后留置超细引流管在普胸手术中的应用研究。方法:收治良性非感染性疾病手术患者62例,均实行单孔胸腔镜手术后留置超细引流管,观察所有患者胸腔引流管留置时间、胸腔引流量、术后疼痛程度评分、术后住院时间。结果:术后平均住院时间(8±5.2)d,引流量和疼痛程度评分呈下降趋势。结论:超细引流管护理方便,固定可靠,易于局部应用药物治疗。Objective:To investigate the application of ultra fine drainage tube after single hole thoracoscopy for thoracic surgery.Methods:62cases of benign non infectious diseases were selected.All patients were treated with single hole thoracoscopic surgery.The chest drainage tube indwelling time,thoracic drainage volume,postoperative pain degree score and postoperative hospital stay were observed.Results:The average hospital stay was(8±5.2)d,and the volume of flow and the degree of pain showed a downward trend.Conclusion:Superfine drainage tube is easy to care,fixed and reliable,which easy to be used locally.
