摘　　要：目的:探讨宫颈微波手术联合药物治疗宫颈糜烂的疗效。方法:收治宫颈糜烂患者84例,随机分为对照组和观察组。两组均行宫颈微波手术,观察组加用药物治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率、阴道出血时间及创面愈合时间均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:宫颈微波手术联合药物治疗宫颈糜烂的疗效显著。Objective:To explore the curative effect of cervical microwave surgery combined with medicine in the treatment of cervical erosion.Methods:84patients with cervical erosion were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The two groups were treated with cervical microwave surgery,and the observation group was treated with drugs.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the total effective rate,vaginal bleeding time and wound healing time were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of cervical microwave surgery combined with medicine in the treatment of cervical erosion was significant.
