恒康正清结合酚酞片在血吸虫性结肠炎肠道准备中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨恒康正清结合酚酞片在血吸虫性结肠炎肠道准备中的应用价值。方法:收治血吸虫性结肠炎患者70例,采取数字标注法随机分为观察组和对照组,各35例。观察组采取恒康正清结合酚酞片进行肠道准备干预,对照组采用甘露醇做肠道准备。结果:观察组各阶段结肠清洁度评分以及肠液量均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者恶心、呕吐发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:血吸虫性结肠炎肠道准备中采取恒康正清结合酚酞片进行肠道干预,效果良好,可提高患者肠道清洁度,提高诊治质量,且药性温和,不良反应低。Objective:To investigate the application value of hengkangzhengqing combined with phenolphthalein tablets on intestinal preparation in patients with schistosomiasis colitis.Methods:70patients with schistosome colitis were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to digital annotation method,with35cases in each group.The observation group were given hengkangzhengqing for bowel preparation with phenolphthalein tablets intervention.The control group using mannitol for bowel preparation.Results:The observation group in each stage of colon cleanliness score and intestinal fluid volume were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);the symptoms of nausea and vomiting in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bowel intervention using hengkangzhengqing combined with phenolphthalein tablets in schistosome colitis intestinal preparation has good effect.It can improve the intestinal cleanliness,improve the quality of diagnosis and treatment,with mild properties and low adverse reaction.
