摘　　要：目的:探讨云南白药气雾剂与赛肤润治疗老年患者Ⅰ期压疮的效果和安全性。方法:收治老年Ⅰ期压疮患者56例,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用云南白药气雾剂治疗,对照组采用赛肤润治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治愈率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:云南白药气雾剂治疗老年患者Ⅰ期压疮的疗效更优。Objective:To explore the effect and security of Yunnan Baiyao aerosol and Sai Fu Run in the treatment of stage I pressure sore in elderly patients.Methods:56elderly patients with stage I pressure sore were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was treated with Yunnan Baiyao aerosol,and the control group was treated with Sai Fu Run.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:The cure rate of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of Yunnan Baiyao aerosol in the treatment of stage I pressure sore in elderly patients was better.
