摘　　要：目的:探讨自拟化浊清肠汤治疗痰湿内阻型非酒精性脂肪肝的疗效。方法:收治非酒精性脂肪肝患者80例,随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组给予口服辛伐他汀治疗,治疗组给予自拟化浊清肠汤治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组中医证候积分改善程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟化浊清肠汤治疗痰湿内阻型非酒精性脂肪肝临床疗效确切。Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of self-made Huazhuo Qingchang decoction in the treatment of phlegm dampness type of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.Methods:80patients were treated with non alcoholic fatty liver were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.The control group were given oral simvastatin treatment,while the treatment group were treated with self-made Huazhuo Qingchang decoction.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the improvement of TCM syndrome score in the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The self-made Huazhuo Qingchang decoction has exactly therapeutic effects on the treatment of phlegm dampness type of non alcoholic fatty liver.
