摘　　要：目的:探讨血清中凝血分子标志物水平变化在DIC早期诊断中的意义。方法:选择近5年在本院临床治疗中怀疑有出血倾向,且证实存在DIC的各类疾病患者62例作为病例组。60例无出血性、凝血性疾病或出血倾向的同期住院产妇、手术等患者作为病例观察组。50例健康查体各项指标均无异常作为正常对照组。采用酶联免疫法测定3组血清TM、F_(1+2)、β-TG、D-二聚体含量,采用免疫比浊法测定血清v WF含量。结果:病例组早期DIC患者血清TM、F_(1+2)、β-TG、D-二聚体、v WF含量显著高于病例观察组及正常对照组(P<0.01),并随着DIC的发展而逐步升高。结论:血清中凝血分子标志物含量变化,可作为DIC早期预测、诊断的重要指标,动态监测DIC病情发展情况、判断严重程度和预后评估。Objective:To investigate the significance of serum levels of molecular markers of blood coagulation in the early diagnosis of DIC.Methods:62cases in recent5years in our hospital clinical treatment of suspected bleeding tendency,and confirmed the existence of DIC for all kinds of diseases were selected as the case group.60cases without a hemorrhagic disease or bleeding tendency,coagulation during the same period in maternal hospital,surgery patients were selected as the case observation group.50cases of normal healthy physical examination indicators were selected as the normal control group.Then their serum TM,F1+2,β-TG、D-dimer content were measured by ELISA,the determination of serum vWF immune turbidimetry.Results:The serum levels of F1+2,β-TG、D-dimer and vWF in patients with early DIC were significantly higher than those in the case control group and the normal control group(P<0.01),and gradually increased with the development of DIC.Conclusion:Changing of serum molecular markers in serum can be used as an important indicator for early prediction and diagnosis of DIC,and it can monitor the development of DIC,judge the severity and prognosis of the disease dynamically.
