摘　　要：目的:探讨胸膜剥脱术治疗结核性胸膜炎并胸膜肥厚的临床意义及护理对策。方法:收治行胸膜剥脱术治疗的结核性胸膜炎并胸膜肥厚患者80例,回顾性分析其临床资料。结果:患者均手术顺利,无严重并发症发生。术后随访胸廓塌陷者逐步改善,未见留有残腔。结论:胸膜剥脱术治疗结核性胸膜炎并胸膜肥厚的效果显著,能有效消灭残腔,防止感染,改善肺功能。Objective:To explore the clinical significance and nursing countermeasures of pleural decortication in the treatment of tuberculous pleurisy complicated with pleural thickening.Methods:80patients with tuberculous pleurisy complicated with pleural thickening treated with pleural decortication were selected.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The patients underwent successful operation without serious complications.Postoperative follow-up showed that the collapse of the chest was improved gradually,and there was no residual cavity.Conclusion:The clinical effect of pleural decortication in the treatment of tuberculous pleurisy complicated with pleural thickening was significant.It can effectively eliminate the residual cavity,prevent infection and improve the lung function.
