接种无细胞百白破疫苗不良反应的观察及处理

摘　　要：目的:对接种无细胞百白破疫苗的不良反应以及处理对策进行详细探究。方法:选取3~24月龄儿童1 000例,均进行无细胞百白破疫苗接种,对产生不良反应的儿童进行统计。结果:发生AEFI 30例,AEFI年龄分布对比,5月龄>18~24月龄>3月龄>4月龄。30例患儿中,局部反应9例,全身反应19例,严重的异常反应2例。结论:无细胞百白破疫苗接种者的不良反应发生率比较高,并且与儿童年龄有一定的关联。在对儿童进行疫苗接种时,应该严格规范操作方法,掌握接种禁忌证,接种完成后,还应该加强观察,及时发现儿童疫苗接种不良反应,并采取有效的处理对策。Objective:To investigate the treatment and adverse drug reactions of DTaP vaccine.Methods:1000children aged3～24months with vaccine vaccination were selected.They were all taken DTaP vaccine.Statistics were made on children who had adverse reactions.Results:There were30cases of AEFI,and the age distribution of AEFI was5month>18～24months>3monthold>4month old.Among the30children,local reactions were9cases,systemic reactions in19cases,severe abnormal reactions in2cases.Conclusion:The adverse reactions of DTaP vaccine recipients with high incidence rate,and has certain relation with the age of children.In the vaccination of children,we should strictly regulate the operation methods,grasp the contraindication of vaccination.After the completion of the vaccination,we should also strengthen the observation,timely detection of adverse reactions of children vaccinated,and take effective treatment measures.
