摘 要:采用传统的固相反应法制得了宽频段低损耗的NiCuZn铁氧体材料,研究了Co_2O_3掺杂对NiCuZn铁氧体磁电特性的影响。研究表明,当Co_2O_3掺杂量为1.0 wt%时,该铁氧体在200 MHz下的磁导率和介电常数约为14,磁损耗和介电损耗角正切分别为0.017和0.012。基于此材料设计了一种小型化地面数字多媒体广播(T-MDB)天线。该天线具有结构紧凑、损耗低、带宽宽等优良性能,其辐射模式接近全向,中心频率(195 MHz)的峰值增益达到-0.03 dB,是一种适用于移动手持终端的小型化天线。A low-loss NiCuZn ferrtie(Ni0.78Cu0.20Zn0.02Fe1.96O3.94)with broad applicable band has been prepared by conventional solid-state reaction method.The effects of Co2O3additive on the magnetic and dielectric properties of NiCuZn ferrite were investigated.The results show that the ferrite with1.0wt%Co2O3doping possesses permeability and permittivity of around14,as well as magnetic and dielectric loss tangent of0.017and0.012at200MHz.A miniaturized T-DMB antenna was designed based on this material,which has good performance such as compact size,low loss and wide bandwidth.The radiation pattern is nearly omnidirectional,and maximum gain of-0.03dB was attained at center frequency(195MHz).The miniaturized antenna is applicable for mobile handset.
