摘  要:在锰锌铁氧体生产线进行试验,通过改变预烧工艺,包括预烧温度、回转窑进气量、物料冷却速度等参数,从而达到调节预烧料磁化度的目的。结果表明,预烧温度在900~1000℃时,磁化度随预烧温度升高而增加,当预烧温度>980℃之后磁化度变化幅度增大;磁化度随进入窑内的空气量增加而降低,生产中可通过减小总排风量和窑尾进气量提高磁化度;磁化度即使在物料冷却到<400℃时依然会发生变化,并随冷却速度加快而升高。结果表明,仅通过简易的设备改造和工艺控制便可实现磁化度的调节,成本低,效果好。In the Mn-Zn ferrite production line experiment,the pre-sintered material magnetizing level can be adjusted by changing the pre-sintering process,including changing the pre-sintering temperature,rotary kiln intake air volume,material cooling rate and other parameters.The results show that the magnetizing level increases with the pre-sintering temperature increase during900~1000℃.The variation range is widely increased if the temperature is higher than980℃.The magnetizing level also decreases as the amount of air increase into the kiln.The magnetizing level can be improved by reducing the total exhaust of rotary kiln and the air intake from the end of rotary kiln during the production process.Even the temperature is less than400℃,the magnetizing level still changes during the cooling process,and increases as the cooling rate increase.The results show that the adjustment of the magnetizing level can be achieved through several simple equipment modifications and the process control,with lower cost but good effect.
