摘　　要：采用传输线变压器与集中参数变压器相结合的方式设计了一款短波高功率大变比阻抗变换器,应用于功率模块和天线间阻抗匹配。通过对频率范围、变比、插损以及功率容量要求的分析,结合功率铁氧体材料的功率特性,确定了电路的结构和参数。所研制的阻抗变换器在2~30 MHz的工作频率内工作良好,性能为:阻抗变比:50?:600?(1:12),电压驻波比≤1.35,插入损耗≤0.5 d B,平均功率为1 k W。研究成果对于传输线变压器拓展应用、合理确定参数等具有一定参考价值。A kind of short wave impedance converter with high power and high-ratio was designed by combining transmission line and lumped parameter transformer for realizing the impedance matching of power module and antenna.Through the analysis on frequency range,ratio,insertion loss and power capacity,and combining the power character of power ferrite,the circuit layout and parameters were determined.The designed impedance converter has a better operation performance in frequency range2-30MHz,featuring impedance ratio50Ω:600Ω(1:12),VSWR of less than or equal to1.35,insertion loss≤0.5dB and mean power of1kW.The result is of guidance to expanding the application and reasonably determining parameters of transmission line transformer.
