摘　　要：有关清末开平煤矿的档案和报刊资料十分丰富。截至目前,已有的研究主要集中在对开平矿务局以及矿权问题的研究,并且在资料的整理以及相关问题的研讨方面有了一定的成果,但研究亟待拓展和深入。The archives and newspaper materials about Kaiping coal mine in the Late Qing Dynasty are very rich.Up to now,existing researches have been mainly focused on the Chinese Engineering and Mining Company and the Kaiping mining rights problems.Some research results have been obtained in data compilation and related issues.But the subject needs to be expanded into new fields and to be explored in depth.
