摘 要:随着我国经济快速的发展,机械工业向着高效、高速、精度高、噪声低和自动化方向发展,分度凸轮机构作为自动机械的关键部件其重要性日益凸显并得到了迅速的发展。本文介绍了弧面分度凸轮机构的结构形式,给出了常见的几种运动规律,给出其主要的运动参数与几何尺寸,指出弧面分度凸轮的工作廓面方程推导条件,介绍了弧面分度凸轮和滚子的材料及热处理,对研究弧面分度凸轮机构的结构、运动特性及规律提供了理论依据。With the rapid development of China's economy,themechanical industry is moving towards high efficiency,high speed,highprecision,low noise and automation.The importance of indexing cammechanism as a key component of automatic machinery is becomingmore and more important.In this paper,the structure of the camindexing cam mechanism is introduced,and several common motionlaws are given.The main motion parameters and geometrical dimensionsare given.The derivation of the working profile equation of theindexing cam is described.The material and heat treatment of the camand the roller are designed to provide a theoretical basis for studyingthe structure,motion characteristics and regularity of the indexing cammechanism.
