摘　　要：锡林是棉精梳机最为主要的梳理部件。精梳工艺参数、精梳质量以及原棉纤维类型与锡林的总齿数之间有很大的内在联系。根据锡林工作的一些参数,可以建立棉精梳机整体锡林总齿数的模型,对锡林总齿数的设计方法进行研究和探讨,以便进一步确定棉精梳锡林总齿数,提高棉精梳的梳理效果,确保成纱质量指标的要求。Tin forest is the main part of the fine cotton cardingmachine for.Have a great relationship between the combing processparameters,and the total quality of combed cotton fiber type and toothcylinder number.You can set up the whole tin cotton comber forest total number of teeth model according to some parameters of cylinderwork,design method of the total number of teeth of the cylinder arestudied and discussed,in order to further determine the cotton combercylinder total number of teeth,carding and combing cotton,ensure yarnquality index requirements.
