摘　　要：J1DV60-5A型五轴联动高速立式加工中心是济南一机床集团有限公司瞄准世界先进水平而试制的高端加工中心。五轴联动、龙门同步轴、电主轴等是其主要功能特点。本文给出了选用西门子Sinumerik840D数控系统实现这些功能的方法。Aimed at advanced product in the world,the highspeed5-axis interpolation machining center J1DV60-5A is a high levelone developed by JFMT Group Company Ltd.The main function characteristicsof the machine include5-axis interpolation,gantry axes,motor-spindle,etc.This presentation shows how to realize these functionswith the CNC system Sinumerik840D.
