摘　　要：工件的正角即工件的垂直度,工件的正角影响到工件各尺寸精度的保证,在加工中非常重要。在精密模具加工中工件的垂直度通常要求达到0.002mm内。要想达到较高的垂直度要求需选择合理的方法来完加工,从而提高零件精度及生产效率。The positive angle of the workpiece is verticality ofworkpiece,the straightness angle affects the workpiece and ensures thedimensional accuracy,which is very important in the processing.Inprecision die processing,the verticality of the workpiece is usuallyrequired to be within0.002mm.In order to achieve higher verticalityrequirements,a reasonable method should be chosen to complete theprocess so as to improve the accuracy of parts and production efficiency.
