摘　　要：为开发一种高档绿色家纺面料,本文将天丝~与麻赛尔纤维加工成精梳纱,然后在喷气织机上制织成坯布,再经丝光整理制成成品。由于天丝~/麻赛尔混纺纱吸湿性较强,会对浆纱及织造带来不便,因此必须在络筒、浆纱及织造等工序采用相应技术措施及合理的工艺参数。经过工艺调整和优化,产品的织造效率达94%,坯布下机一等品率达88%,入库一等品率达到98%。坯布经后整理后,产品具有手感滑爽、色泽光艳、吸湿透气、绿色生态等优点。In this paper,to develop a high-quality eco-friendly home-textile fabric,Tencel?fiber andJutecell fiber were spun into combed yarn,which was then woven into gray fabric on air-jet loom andthe gray fabric was mercerized to result a finished fabric.Since the Tencel/Jutecell blended yarn hasstrong moisture absorbency,which may bring trouble to sizing and weaving,it is necessary to take relevanttechnical measures and adopt rational process parameters in the winding,sizing and weaving processes.Byadjusting and optimizing the process,the weaving efficiency reached94%,the first grate percentage of thegray fabric before repairing was up to88%and that put in storage was up to98%.After finishing,the fabricis smooth in hand,lustrous,moisture absorbent and air permeable,and eco-friendly.
