摘  要:采用不同工艺制备了PGA纤维样品,并将样品放置于恒温箱中进行两周降解处理。在其中选取了不同强度保持率的PGA纤维样品,对这些样品通过声速法、DSC和XRD等手段研究了PGA纤维的聚集态结构。结果表明:在实验条件下,PGA纤维的制备工艺及热处理工艺对纤维的强度保持率有关,其中松弛热处理可使纤维的强度保持率明显提升;纤维的结晶度、晶区取向、晶粒尺寸与强度保持率无明显规律性;纤维样品的声速取向因子与强度保持率有明显相关性,声速取向低,强度保持率高。PGA fiber samples were prepared by different processes,and the samples were placed in athermostatic chamber for two weeks.The PGA fiber samples with different strength retention rates wereselected,and the aggregation structure of PGA fibers was studied by means of sound velocity method,DSC and XRD.The results show that under the experimental conditions,the preparation process and heattreatment of PGA fiber have certain effect on the strength retention of the fiber,in which,the relaxationheat treatment can improve the strength retention of the fiber;the crystallinity,crystal orientation andgrain size have no obvious regular relation with strength retention rate;the sound velocity orientationfactor of fiber samples was significantly correlated with strength retention rate,i.e.the lower the soundvelocity orientation,and the higher the strength retention rate.
