摘　　要：文章回顾了纺纱技术的发展历史,分析了纺纱技术面临的挑战,介绍了三通道数码纺纱系统的组成,提出了三通道数码纺纱系统的粗纱组合模式的转换机理、各通道牵伸比的调控机理、成纱混纺比的调控机理、成纱线密度的调控机理。在此基础上给出了全色谱混色纱、段彩纱、渐变纱、竹节纱、彩节纱等多品种花色纱线的生产工艺及生产的样品。This paper first reviews the development history of spinning technology and analyzes thechallenges confronting spinning technology;then it introduces the configuration of three-channel digitalizedspinning system in details,including how to convert the roving combination mode of the three-channeldigitalized spinning system and how to adjust and control the drafting ratio of each channel,the blendingratio and density of the result yarn,etc.and finally,it discusses the technology and process for producingvarious fancy yarn and related samples such as mélange yarn,segment colored yarn,gradient color yarn,slubbed yarn,color slub yarn.
