摘 要:对增白阻燃涤纶纱线的纺纱工艺配置及生产技术作了较详细的探析。针对增白阻燃涤纶摩擦力大、蓬松度差的特性,通过纺前对原料预处理及各工序围绕提高纤维开松、减少纤维损伤为重点,采取了轻定量、慢速度、快转移及减少"三绕一堵"等工艺措施,改善了可纺性,纺出了优质的增白阻燃纱线。The paper investigates in details the production of whitened flame-retardant polyester yarnincluding the configuration of the spinning process and related production technology.To overcome theshortcomings of whitened flame-retardant polyester fiber such as high frictional force and poor bulkiness,aseries of measures such as lower per-unit weight,slower speed and fast transfer as well as reducing rollerandapron-wrapping and chute blocking phenomenon were taken,which were designed to improve fiberopening and reduce damage to fiber in the preparation process and following processes.As the result,thespinnability of the fiber was improved and high-quality whitened flame-retardant polyester yarn was spun.
