摘　　要：本文阐述了医科达Precise直线加速器真空系统的组成部件和工作原理,探讨了真空系统故障的连锁控制并分析了4例典型故障的表现,通过制定具体的检查、判断及维修方法,使故障得到解除。因此,系统掌握直线加速器真空系统的结构组成、工作原理及连锁控制,能够快速、准确的分析、判断和排除故障,减少设备故障对放疗病人的影响。This paper described structure composition and working principle of Elekta Precise linear accelerator vacuum system,and4classic faults of this machine were explained.Through formulating specific checking and maintenance method,these faults were solved.Therefore,it is necessary to acquire structure composition,working principle and interconnected control of linear accelerator vacuum system,which could promote quick and accurate troubleshooting of these faults,minimize negative effects on patient treatment.
