摘　　要：本文依据我院设备管理信息系统,讨论了医疗设备资产管理的主要内容和流程。总结和梳理了日常管理中的要素:采购流程、验收流程、设备的安装、设备维修流程、维修耗材或零件的采购流程、设备的巡检等。系统按照这些管理的要素做流程的设计和再造,使系统贴合实际工作,既服务于工作人员,又为管理人员提供了管理和控制的工具。文章同时对影响设备管理信息化实施的要素也做了探讨。Based on the equipment management information system in our hospital,the main content and procedure of asset management on medical equipments were discussed in this paper.The paper summarized and sorted out several elements in daily management,such as procurement process,acceptance process,equipment installation,equipment maintenance process,procurement process of repairing consumables or parts,equipment inspection and so on.The management system was designed on procedure and reengineered accordingly so as to become practicable.Therefore the system not only serve the staff but also provide management and control tools for the administrators.At the same time,the influence factors of implementation for equipment management informatization were also discussed.
