摘　　要：目的开发呼吸机风险预警软件,用于实时监控呼吸机的临床使用风险,减少呼吸机临床使用不良事件发生的概率。方法根据损害严重程度确定的风险因素和BP神经网络进行风险评估,应用Matlab 2010设计交互界面,调用SQL Server 2008的后台数据,显示预警信息。结果建立了系统维护、风险预警、信息查询和信息录入4个模块,实现了呼吸机临床使用风险预警功能。结论该呼吸机风险预警软件符合医院呼吸机风险管理的实际需求,提醒设备管理者进行风险控制,减少不良事件的发生,提升医疗保障的质量。Objective To develop ventilator risk warning management software for real time monitoring risk of the ventilator in clinic use,and reducing the incidence of adverse events.Methods According to the risk factors determined by damage severity and BP neural network,risk evaluation was carried out.Then the Matlab was applied to design the graphical user interface and the warning information was displayed based on the back-end data of SQL Serever2008.Results After setting up the modules of system maintenance,risk early warning,information inquiry and information input,the software achieved the function of ventilator risk warning in clinic use.Conclusion This software meets the actual requirement of the clinic and can remind equipment managers to control risk,which will reduce the incidence of adverse events and promote the quality of health care.
