西藏地区三甲医院手术室护士对电外科设备安全使用认知的调查研究

摘　　要：目的对西藏地区三级甲等医院手术室护士进行电外科设备安全使用知识认知的现状调查,为采取相应的干预措施提供依据。方法采用便利抽样的方法,抽取西藏地区三家三级甲等医院中的两家进行问卷调查。问卷调查主要包括3个部分:一般资料、掌握电外科知识的途径以及认知调查问卷。结果西藏地区三级甲等医院手术室护士对电外科知识的认知总体有待提高,其中认知正确率在85%以上的护士占35.29%,低于60%的护士占11.74%。认知正确率排在前三位的条目分别是小儿负极板的选择、使用电刀前消毒酒精是否需要待干、电刀的保护方法;排在后三位的条目是使用过程中产生的有害气体的处理、高频电刀的作用以及不导电液体的选择。结论有必要开展适当的培训方式来提高手术室护士电外科知识的认知度。Objective To invest the situation of nurses'knowledge on safe use of electrical surgical equipment in operating room in three-class grade-A hospital in Tibet,so as to supply some clinical basis for the intervention.Methods Two gradeⅢA hospitals in Tibet were recruited into the study for questionnaire investigation by convenience sampling.The questionnaire consisted of three parts,including general information,the approach to master the knowledge and the cognition test questionnaire.Results On the whole,the cognition level was still acquired improvement.The correct rate over85%was35.29%and the correct rate lower60%was11.74%.The top three cognitive accuracy items were choice of the children negative plate,whether rubbing alcohol need to stay dry before using electrotome,and protection method of electric knife.The three lowest items were treatment of harmful gas in the process of use,the effect of high frequency electric knife and the choice of non-conductive liquids.Conclusion It is necessary to carry out proper training methods to improve the cognition of nurses'knowledge of electrosurgical knowledge in operating room.
