摘  要:目的:对除颤监护仪进行质量控制检测,保障临床使用中的安全性和有效性。方法:采用Impulse 7000DP型除颤器分析仪对除颤监护仪进行质量控制检测并分析,检测项目包括释放能量、充电时间、同步延迟时间和心率示值误差等。结果:近两年对82台次的除颤监护仪开展质量控制检测,其释放能量、充电时间、同步延迟时间以及心率示值误差等指标合格率为100%,同时针对检测中发现的问题提出了解决方案和对策。结论:开展质量控制检测是保障除颤监护仪临床使用安全性和有效性的必要内容,探索除颤监护仪的区域质量控制管理方案将推动区域内医疗设备质量控制的发展。Objective:To carry out the detection of quality control for defibrillator and monitor so as to ensure its safety and effectiveness in clinical practice.Methods:Impulse7000DP defibrillator analyzer was used to detect and analyze the defibrillator and monitor,and the relevant test items included delivered energy,charging time,delay time under synchronizer and the indication deviation of heart rate.Results:In recent two years,the qualified rates including delivered energy,charging time,delay time under synchronizer and indication deviation of heart rate of defibrillator and monitors of82sets or times on which quality control were carried out was100%,and then put forward the solutions and countermeasures for the problems in the testing.Conclusion:It is necessarily contents to carry out the detection of quality control for ensuring the safety and effectiveness of defibrillator and monitor in the clinical practice.To explore the regional management program of quality control will promote the development of quality control within the region.
