回顾性分析小儿肾积水的护理方法及效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨小儿肾积水的护理方法及临床效果。方法选取我院在2013年1月~2015年3月收治的小儿肾积水患者40例设为对照组;完善护理方法后,选取2015年5月~2017年2月收治的小儿肾积水患者40例设为观察组;回顾性分析两组患者的临床资料,比较其临床疗效、肾功能、术后并发症情况。结果 (1)观察组患者临床有效率为92.50%,对照组临床总有效率为75.00%,差异具有统计学意义(Z=4.500,P<0.05);(2)两组患者术后Scr、BUN均恢复正常,但观察组Scr、BUN水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(12.50%vs32.50%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.588,P<0.05)。结论良好的护理方式在提高小儿肾积水临床疗效、降低并发症及改善肾功能方面具有重要意义,本文中的护理措施值得临床借鉴。Objective To explore the nursing method and clinical effect of hydroneph rosis in children.Methods40cases of children with hydronephrosis cured in our hospital from January2013to March2015were selected as controlgroup,and40cases of children with children with hydronephrosis cured in our hospital from May2015to February2017were selected as observation group.The clinical data,renal function and postoperative complications of the twogroups were analyzed retrospectively.Results(1)The clinical effective rate of the observation group was92.50%,andthe total effective rate of the control group was75%,and the d ifference was statistically significant(Z=4.500,P<0.05).(2)The Scr and BUN of the two groups all recovered to normal,but the levels of Scr and BUN in the observationgroup were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the controlgroup(12.50%vs32.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.588,P<0.05).Conclusion Goodnursing mode is important for improving clinical curative effect,reducing complications and improving renal functionin children with hydronephrosis.The nursing measures in this ar ticle are worthy of clinical reference.
