持续输注右美托咪啶对丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼静脉麻醉用药量的影响

摘　　要：目的分析持续输注右美托咪啶对丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼静脉麻醉用药量的影响。方法在本次研究中选择近6个月我院收治的66例接受手术的患者作为研究对象,随机分为甲组和乙组,甲组给予丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼进行静脉麻醉,乙组在甲组基础上术前给予持续输注右美托咪啶,对麻醉效果进行分析。结果对甲组和乙组的丙泊酚和瑞芬太尼用量进行分析,乙组的用量少于甲组,麻醉前后的平均动脉压进行分析,手术结束后,乙组的指标明显低于甲组。乙组的总有效率为87.8%,甲组的总有效率为63.6%,乙组的治疗效果明显高于甲组,组间数据对比差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对接受手术的患者应用丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼进行麻醉前给予持续输注右美托咪啶,其优势明显,麻醉用量少,效果较明显,值得推广和应用。Objective To analyze the effects of continuous infusion of dexmeidine on the dosage of propofol.Methods In this study,66cases of patients undergoing surgery nearly six months of our hospital were selected as theresearch object.They were randomly divided into group A and group B.Patients in group A were treated with propofolcombined with remifentanil for intravenous anesthesia,and patients in group B were treated with continuous infusionof dexmeidine on the basis of group A.The effect of anesthesia of the two groups was analyzed.Results The doses ofpropofol and remifentanil of group A and group B were analyzed,and the dosage of group B was less than that of groupA.The average pressure was analyzed before and after anesthesia,after the surgery,the index of group B was lowerthan that of group A.The total effective rate of group B was87.8%,the total effective rate of group B was63.6%,andthe treatment effect of group B was significantly higher than that in group A,and the comparison between groups wassignificant and statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The advantage of propofol in patients undergoingsurgery composite fentanyl anesthesia before giving continuous infusion right beautiful mi organism is obvious,itneeds less anesthesia,and the effect is obvious.It is worth p opularization and application.
