百令片对维持性血液透析患者外周血T淋巴细胞的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨百令片对维持性血透患者T淋巴细胞的影响。方法以在我院血液净化中心维持性血液透析患者为研究对象,用回顾性分析的方法,接受百令片治疗者为治疗组,未接受百令片治疗者为对照组,检测各组患者外周血淋巴细胞表达频率、T细胞及亚群表达比例;回顾分析两组患者近1年因肺部感染住院频次及住院时间。结果两组间基本资料血清肌酐、尿素、年龄、血清白蛋白、血红蛋白、透析时间、透析频率等方面两组无显著性差异。两组患者外周血淋巴细胞均较正常值下降,但服用百令片组淋巴细胞绝对值(1.46±0.12)G/L、T淋巴细胞比例均较未服用组高[(1.46±0.12)G/L vs(1.16±0.08)G/L;(72.34±2.86)%vs(62.74±3.45)%,P<0.05];两组患者T淋巴细胞亚群比例(CD4^+/CD8^+T)无显著差异。服用百令片组患者近1年因肺部感染住院频率、住院时间显著低于对照组[0.07 vs 0.23;(6.67±0.33)d vs(9.57±0.72)d,P<0.05]。结论百令片能改善血透患者的低淋巴细胞血症,部分纠正患者T淋巴细胞比例,调节患者的免疫功能,减少患者因肺部感染住院频次。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Bailing tablets on peripheral blood T cells in Maintenancehemodialysis(MHD)patients.Methods The maintenance hemodialysis patients in our hospital blood purificationcenter were selected as the study object,and they were retrostpectively analyzed.The MHD patients by Bailingtablets were treatment group,patients did not receive Bailing tablets treatment were control group.The peripheralblood lymphocytes,the percentage of T lymphocyte,CD3+CD8+T cells,CD3+CD4+T cells were measured.Observethe hospitalization rate and hospital stays of the two groups for pulmonary infection during the last year wereretrospectively analyzed.Results There were no significant differences in the serum creatinine,Urea,fasting bloodsugar,between the two groups.Peripheral blood lymphocytes of the two groups were decreased,compared with thenormal level.However,the percentage of lymphocyte and T lymphocyte in the Bailing group were higher than thecontrol group[(1.46±0.12)G/L vs(1.16±0.08)G/L,(72.34±2.86)%vs(62.74±3.45)%,P<0.05)].There was nosignificant difference in CD4+/CD8+T lymphocyte of the two groups.In latest one years,the frequency and length ofhospitalization of the Bailing group were significantly lower than the control group[0.07VS0.23,(6.67±0.33)d vs(9.57±0.72),P<0.05].Conclusion Bailing can increase the peripheral blood lymphocytes of MHD patients,partlycorrect the proportion of T lymphocytes.Bailing tablets may improve the immunity function of MHD patients,anddecrease the hospitalization rate for pulmonary infections.
