探讨膝关节镜下行膝关节交叉韧带重建修复的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨膝关节镜下行膝关节交叉韧带重建修复的临床效果。方法选取我院2014年3月~2017年3月共102例交叉韧带损伤患者作为研究对象,以随机分配为原则,分为观察组和对照组各51例。对照组患者在膝关节镜下采取同种异体肌腱重建术进行治疗,观察组患者在膝关节镜下采取自体胭绳肌腱重建术进行治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者在Lysholm评分、大腿周径比值、跳跃指数等方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不具备统计学意义。结论膝关节镜下同种异体肌腱重建术和自体胭绳肌腱重建术修复交叉韧带均具有良好的临床疗效,自体胭绳肌腱重建术的并发症发生率更低,安全性、可行性较高,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of cruciate ligament reconstruction and repair of knee jointunder knee arthroscopy.Methods102patients with cruciate ligament injuries in our hospital from March2014toMarch2017were selected as research objects.According to random allocation principle,they were divided into theobservation group and the control group,with51in each.Patients in the control group were given allogenic tendongraft reconstruction for treatment while patients in the observation group were given hamstring tendons reconstructionfor treatment.Clinical curative effects of patients in two groups were compared.Results Rate of adverse reactions ofpatients in the observation group was lower than that in the co ntrol group.The difference was significant(P<0.05)andthere was statistical significance.There was no significant difference in Lysholm score,thigh circumference ratio,jumpexponent and so on(P>0.05)and there was no statistical significance.Conclusion Allogenic tendon graftreconstruction and hamstring tendons reconstruction under knee arthroscopy both have good clinical curative effect.Complication rate of hamstring tendons reconstruction is lower and it has higher safety and feasibility,which is worthyof clinical promotion and application
