摘　　要：目的:研究经超声引导下凝血酶注射治疗假性动脉瘤的临床效果。方法:选择2014年6月~2016年5月本院收治的50例假性动脉瘤患者,根据治疗方法不同分成观察组(25例)与对照组(25例),观察组行超声引导下注射凝血酶治疗法,对照组行超声引导下压迫治疗法,比较两组临床治疗效果、手术时间。结果:观察组与对照组手术时间比较,差异无显著性意义(21.57±3.46)min,(24.44±2.75)min,P>0.05)。观察组一次治愈率为96.0%(24/25),明显优于对照组的72.0%(18/25),差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:经超声引导下凝血酶注射治疗假性动脉瘤,安全有效,治愈率高,显著优于超声引导下压迫治疗法。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of ultrasound-guided thrombin injection in the treatment of pseudoaneurysm.Methods:50patients withpseudoaneurysm from June2014to May2016in this hospital,according to the different treatment methods were divided into observation group(25cases)andcontrol group(25cases).The observation group was treated with ultrasound-guided thrombin injection and the control group was treated by ultrasound-guidedcompression therapy,to compare two groups of clinical curative effect,operation time.Results:there was no significant difference between the observationgroup and the control group in the operation time(21.57±3.46)min,(24.44±2.75)min,P>0.05).The cure rate of the two groups was compared.The cure rate ofthe observation group was96%(24/25),which was obviously better than72%of the control group(18/25),the difference was significant(P<0.05)Conclusion:it is safe and effective to treat pseudoaneurysm by ultrasound guided thrombin injection.The curative rate is higher,and it is better than that of ultrasoundguidedcompression therapy.
