摘　　要：目的:探讨半导体激光治疗仪血管外照射对高脂血症患者辅助治疗的有效性与安全性。方法:60例高脂血症患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。观察组应用半导体激光治疗仪,照射桡动脉和下鼻甲黏膜,对照组口服阿托伐他汀钙片。结果:两组疗效率组间比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗前后比较,两组TC、TG、LDL都有明显降低(P<0.01),HDL有升高(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:半导体激光血管外照射辅助治疗高脂血症,疗效与他汀类基本相当,无创、无痛、无交叉感染,使用安全。Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of the extravascular laser irradiation therapy in treating hyperlipidemia.Methods:60patients with hyperlipidemiawere randomly divided into observation group(30)and control group(30),in which the observation group was treated with laser irradiation through the radialartery and the lower turbinate mucous membrane,while the control group took atorvastatin calcium regularly.Results:Based on the comparison of efficacy ratebetween groups,had no significant difference(P>0.05).Yet,TC,TG,and LDL of the two groups were significantly reduced(P<0.01),while HDL increased(P<0.05)after laser treatment.Conclusion:Semiconductor laser extracorporeal irradiation adjuvant treatment of hyperlipidemia,Compared with statins,theeffect is quite good,noninvasive,painless,no cross infection,the use of safety.
