摘 要:针对某燃煤电厂300,MW机组,借助CFD软件对喷射活性炭后烟道内的气固流场进行数值模拟,探究了不同喷嘴布置方案对活性炭颗粒的覆盖率、停留时间以及颗粒浓度场均匀性的影响.结果表明,采用9喷嘴布置方案时,活性炭喷射效果最佳,颗粒覆盖率达到了78.6%,,停留时间超过2,s,且颗粒浓度分布均匀性提高,满足活性炭喷射技术实际应用过程中活性炭高效脱汞的要求.Taking a300MW unit boiler as the research object,the CFD software was used to simulate the gassolidflow field after injecting activated carbon into the duct.The effects of different injector layout schemes onactivated carbon particulates coverage ratio,residence time and the uniformity of particle concentration distributionwere investigated.The results indicate that the activated carbon particulates coverage ratio in the duct reaches78.6%,and the residence time is longer than2,s when the scheme with9injectors is adopted.Moreover,the uniformityof the particle concentration distribution is the best.The simulation results meet the requirement of highdemercuration efficiency in the practical application of activated carbon injection.
