摘  要:采用溶胶-凝胶/碳热还原法成功地制备了Magnéli相Ti_4O_7纳米导电添加剂。通过扫描电子显微镜和X射线衍射仪分别观测了Ti_4O_7纳米颗粒的微观形貌和相组成。将少量Ti_4O_7导电添加剂加入到铅酸电池正电极中,并采用循环伏安法和放电曲线分别考察了Ti_4O_7导电添加剂对电极性能的影响。试验结果表明,Ti_4O_7纳米导电添加剂的加入可以有效改善Pb电极的电化学活性,尤其是其在高倍率电流密度下的放电性能。A Magnéli phase of nanometer Ti4O7as the conductive additive was successfully preparedby the sol-gel/carbothermic reduction method.The microtopography and phase composition of thenanometer Ti4O7were characterized by SEM and X-ray diffraction.Substantial improvements of leadacidbattery were obtained by the addition of small amount of Ti4O7to the positive electrode,which wasinvestigated through cyclic voltammetry and discharge curves.Compared with the Pb electrode withoutTi4O7,the Pb electrode with nanometer Ti4O7showed a better discharge property at high rate of currentdensity.
