摘  要:针对异步电动机在大范围内调速及负载变化的复杂运行状况,提出采用模糊控制规则调整PI控制参数,代替固定参数PI改进转速环。采用不规则三角形作为隶属函数,增加误差为零附近规则数,以提高系统稳定性和稳态精度。同时,该电机控制系统采用"背靠背"结构,实现能量双向流动,保证直流侧电压稳定。实验结果说明所提方法与传统PI控制器相比,该异步电机调速系统的动静态性能均得到提高,增强了应对负载扰动的鲁棒性。On account of the characteristics of the induction motor(IM),which often suffer from unknown load variation and a wide speed range,instead of fixed-gain PI controller,a speed control scheme using fuzzy-logic control to adjust parameters of PI controller was presented.Moreover,the irregular triangles as the membership function which increases the number of rules around the zero error was used to improve the stability and steady precision of the system.Meanwhile,the back-to-back connected converters,achieving bidirectional energy flow,were applied in IM control system to enable DC voltage to be stable.Experimental results demonstrate that the performance of the proposed IM control system improve the dynamic and static performance and is more robust to load disturbances compared to the conventional PI controller.
