摘  要:本文选取杀菌剂氟硅唑和吡唑醚菌酯进行混配,采用室内生长速率法,进行室内毒力测定,研究其对芒果炭疽病菌的抑制作用。结果表明,供试药剂氟硅唑和吡唑醚菌酯均对胶孢炭疽菌的抑菌效果较好,EC_(50)值分别为0.4037mg/L、0.0558mg/L;两种药剂混配后,均表现出较明显的增效作用,其中氟硅唑和吡唑醚菌酯配比为2:8时,增效系数最大(2.65)、EC_(50)值最小(0.00254mg/L),具有很好的应用潜力,值得进一步大田实验。In this paper,the mixture of flusilazole and pyraclostrobin was chosen to study its inhibitory effect on Colletotrichum gloeosporioides.Indoor growth rate method was adopted and toxicity test was carried out.Flusilazole andPyraclostrobin had obviously inhibitory activity with EC50values of0.4037and0.0558mg/L respectively.All the two drugsshowed obvious synergistic effect when they were mixed.When the ratio of flusilazole and pyraclostrobin was8:2,the effectwas the best,with the largest efficiency coefficient and the smallest EC50value.It would have good potential for controllingmango anthracnose and be worth of a further test in field.
