摘 要:文章针对航天器DC/DC电源多性能退化的特征,利用Wiener过程结合加速模型建立产品的加速性能退化模型,采用计及相关性的Copula函数对不同性能的退化数据进行融合,提出一种基于多元性能加速退化的寿命评估方法。以某型号产品作为研究对象,对通过步进应力加速退化试验获得的多元性能退化数据进行建模评估,得到产品的失效激活能与使用寿命的评估结果。该方法可缩短产品寿命评估试验的时间,合理评价不同性能退化过程之间的相关性,充分利用有限的试验数据,为具有多性能退化特征的航天小子样产品寿命评估工作提供了一种解决思路。To determine the multi-performance degradation characteristics of the spacecraft DC/DC powersupply,this paper proposes a life evaluation method based on the accelerated multivariate performancedegradation by using the Wiener process and the accelerated model to establish the accelerated performancedegradation model.The multivariate performance degradation data are analyzed by the Copula function withconsideration of the correlation between the performance degradation processes.A certain model of the DC/DCpower supply is taken as an example.The activation energy of the product and the life estimation under theusage thermal profile are obtained based on the test data.This novel scheme provides a new approach of the lifeestimation for the spacecraft products which typically with small sample quantity and long life.
