摘 要:开采深度的日益增大及综采机械化设备的不断更新,导致综采工作面遇破碎顶板期间的安全管理问题日益突出。以13115工作面为研究对象,通过分析综采工作面破碎顶板的内外因素,得出观测矿压、预测地质结构变化、科学布置综采面、合理的支架初撑力、及时超前支护、煤层注浆加固、矿工的培训教育,是综采面破碎顶板管理的有效途径,从而更好地实现"安全、高产、高效"的目标,为综采面、全矿井的安全奠定坚实基础。Increasing of mining depth and constant updating of the comprehensive mechanization equipmentsmake the safety management problems of broken roof on fully mechanized face becoming prominent.Setting13115working face as the research object,through the analysis of internal and external factors of brokenroof in fully mechanized face,the study concludes that:observation of mine pressure,prediction of geological structure change,scientific arrangement of fully mechanized face and reasonable initial support force ofstand,timely advanced support protection,grouting reinforcement of coal seams,education and training ofcoal miners are effective ways in managing broken roof of fully mechanized mining face,so as to betterachieve the goal of"safety,high yield and high efficiency",which lays a solid foundation for safety of fullymechanized face,and all mines.
