电厂锅炉离心式引风机振动原因分析及治理

摘　　要：本文对离心式锅炉引风机在生产运行中出现的振动原因进行分类。对锅炉引风机地脚螺栓松动或断裂、引风机与驱动电动机同轴度超标、引风机滚动轴承缺陷、引风机集流器摩擦缺陷、引风机主轴弯曲缺陷进行阐述分析,并给予处理办法;对锅炉引风机叶轮动不平衡缺陷进行阐述分析,并给予现场简便高效的处理方案;对锅炉引风机喘振运行给予操作调整,以供电厂机械设备检修同行借鉴。This paper classifies the vibration causes of centrifugal boiler inducers in the production operation.First to anchor bolt looseness or breakage,induced draft fan and induced draft fan for boiler drive motor coaxialdegree of overweight,induced draft fan,rolling bearing current collector friction defects,induced draft fan andinduced draft fan main shaft bending analysis,the defects in and give the solution;Secondly,the paper expatiates the analysis of the impeller dynamic imbalance of the fan impeller and gives a simple and efficient treatment plan.Finally,the operation adjustment scheme of the draft of the boiler draft fan was given.Mechanicalequipment maintenance of power supply plant for reference.
