补肾活血方治疗肾虚型黄体功能不健性月经失调临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察补肾活血方治疗肾虚型黄体功能不健性月经失调的疗效和作用机理。方法 45例肾虚型黄体功能不健性月经失调患者,随机分为补肾活血方组(30例,给予补肾活血方治疗)和常规治疗组(15例,给予地屈孕酮治疗),比较两组疗效差异。结果补肾活血方组治疗总有效率90.0%明显高于常规治疗组60.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前经期、经量(量化评分)、周期(量化评分)比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组经期、经量(量化评分)、周期(量化评分)均优于治疗前,且补肾活血方组均优于常规治疗组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组孕酮(P)、雌二醇(E2)、P/E2比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组患者P、P/E2均较治疗前升高,且常规治疗组P高于补肾活血方组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后补肾活血方组E2较治疗前升高,常规治疗组E2较治疗前降低,且补肾活血方组E2高于常规治疗组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾虚型黄体功能不健性月经失调患者经中医补肾活血方治疗的效果可观,表明了中医辨证论治,个体化治疗的优势。Objective To observe the curative effect and action mechanism of Bushen Huoxue Recipe in treating dysfunctional menstruation due to inadequate luteal function with deficiency of kidney.Methods A total of45patients with dysfunctional menstruation due to inadequate luteal function with deficiency of kidney were randomly divided into Bushen Huoxue Recipe group(30cases,Bushen Huoxue Recipe for treatment)and conventional treatment group(15cases,dydrogesterone for treatment).Curative effect difference was compared in two groups.Results The Bushen Huoxue Recipe group had obviously higher total treatment effective rate as90.0%than60.0%in conventional treatment group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Both groups had no statistically significant difference in menstrual period,menstrual volume(quantified score),cycle(quantitative score)before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,both groups had better menstrual period,menstrual volume(quantified score),cycle(quantitative score)than those before treatment,and the Bushen Huoxue Recipe group was better than the conventional treatment group.Their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Before treatment,both groups had no statistically significant difference in progesterone(P),estradiol(E2),P/E2(P>0.05).After treatment,both groups had higher P and P/E2than those before treatment,and the conventional treatment group had higher P than Bushen Huoxue Recipe group.Their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,Bushen Huoxue Recipe group had higher E2than that before treatment,conventional treatment group had lower E2than that before treatment,and Bushen Huoxue Recipe group had higher E2than conventional treatment group.Their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine Bushen Huoxue Recipe shows considerable effect for the treatment of patients with dysfunctional menstruation due to inadequate luteal function with deficiency of kidney.It indicates that traditional C medicine syndrome differen
