右美托咪定对妇科椎管内麻醉手术患者应激反应的影响研究

摘　　要：目的观察分析右美托咪定对椎管内麻醉手术妇科患者应激反应的影响。方法 120例行椎管内麻醉的妇科患者作为研究对象,采取抽签分组法分为对照组与研究组,各60例。对照组患者采取丙泊酚治疗,研究组患者采取右美托咪定治疗,比较分析两组患者在不同时间的听觉诱发电位指数、心率及不良反应发生率。结果用药后,两组患者听觉诱发电位指数均比用药前有明显降低,且研究组患者降低程度明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药后,两组患者心率均比用药前有明显降低,且研究组患者降低程度明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者不良反应发生率为6.67%,明显低于对照组的23.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对行椎管内麻醉的妇科患者采取右美托咪定治疗能有效降低患者的应激反应,且不良反应发生率低,安全可靠,值得在临床上推广及应用。Objective To observe and analyze the effect of dexmedetomidine on stress response in gynecological patients with spinal anesthesia surgery.Methods A total of120gynecological patients with spinal anesthesia surgery as study subjects were divided by lottery grouping method into control group and research group,with60cases in each group.The control group was treated with propofol,and the research group was treated with dexmedetomidine.Comparison and analysis were made on auditory evoked potential index,heart rate and incidence of adverse reactions at different times in two groups.Results After meditation,both groups had obviously lower auditory evoked potential index than before meditation,and the research group had obviously better decline degree than the control group.Their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).After meditation,both groups had obviously lower heart rate than before meditation,and the research group had obviously better decline degree than the control group.Their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The research group had obviously lower incidence of adverse reaction as6.67%than23.33%in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Dexmedetomidine can effectively decrease stress response of gynecological patients with spinal anesthesia surgery,and it has low incidence of adverse reactions.It is also safe and reliable.So it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
