摘  要:核电站安全壳是核电站的标志性建筑物,核蒸汽供应系统的所有设备均安装其内.燃料转运装置为关键部件,其安装精度要求十分严格,同时燃料转运装置的安装为关键路径,无法延期进行.而核电站安全壳预应力施工会引起筒体变形,进而影响燃料转运装置的安装精度.为分析其影响,本文采用ANSYS有限元分析软件对穹顶预应力张拉引起的筒体变形进行数值模拟,同时在现场设置检测点位进行实际变形量的监测,实时监测筒体的变形.研究表明:安全壳穹顶预应力施工引起的筒体变形不会对核电站燃料转运装置的安装产生影响,可以先进行燃料转运装置的安装,保证工期,再进行安全壳穹顶预应力的施工,以避开冬期施工.The containment of the nuclear power plant is a symbol of the plant buildings.All the equipments of the nuclear steam supply system are installed in the containment.The fuel transfer device is the key component and its installation accuracy is very strict.The installation of the fuel transfer device is the critical path and cannot be postponed.However,the prestressed construction of the containment would lead to cylinder deformation and have certain influence on the installation accuracy of fuel transfer device.This study aims at analyzing the cylinder deformation caused by the dome prestressed tension by use of ANSYS.The deformation of cylinder of the key measured points are also monitored in real-time.It is shown that the cylinder deformation caused by the dome prestressed construction has little effect on the installation of the fuel transfer device.The installation of fuel transfer device could be conducted first,then prestressed construction could be done so as to avoid prestressed construction in winter.
