摘　　要：目的分析陶瓷棒微创技术治疗股骨头无菌性坏死的疗效。方法选取行陶瓷棒微创治疗的11例患者。统计手术时间、术中出血量及围术期并发症,术后随访,分析影像学、VAS和Harris评分。结果手术平均时间(55.80±6.30)min、手术出血量30~55 m L。术后随访平均15.6个月。参考Harris评分,优6髋,良5髋。优良率为84.6%,VAS评分与Harris评分术前与术后3个月、术后3个月与6个月比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访摄片髋关节影像学表现稳定。结论陶瓷棒微创技术治疗股骨头无菌性坏死效果理想。Objective Analysis of the effect of minimally invasive technique on the treatment of aseptic necrosis of femoral head.Methods11patients with ceramic rods minimally invasive treatment.Statistical operation time,intraoperative blood loss and perioperative complications,postoperativefollow-up,analysis of imaging,VAS and Harris scores.Results The average operation time(55.80±6.30)min,surgical bleeding30-55mL.The mean follow-up was15.6months.Reference Harris score,excellent6hips,good5hips.The excellent and good rate was84.6%(11/13).Therewas significant difference between VAS score and Harris score(P<0.05).The follow-up radiography Stable performance.Conclusion The minimallyinvasive technique of ceramic rods is ideal for the treatment of aseptic necrosis of femoral head.
