分析青春期功能性子宫出血患者采用妈富隆进行治疗的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的分析青春期功能性子宫出血患者采用妈富隆进行治疗的临床疗效。方法选取52例青春期功能性子宫出血患者,并随机分为观察组与常规组,各26例。常规组采用倍美力治疗,观察组采用妈富隆治疗,比较两组患者的控制出血时间、完全止血时间、临床治疗效果以及不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者控制出血时间与完全止血时间均优于常规组患者,且观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率较高,不良反应发生率相对较低,各项数据对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论青春期功能性子宫出血患者采用妈富隆治疗,能够缩短患者的控制出血时间以及完全止血时间,且患者的临床治疗总有效率相对较高,用药治疗安全性比较理想,建议广泛应用。Objective To analyze adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding were treated by the clinical curative effect of treatment of mom richgrand.Methods Selection in our hospital treated52cases of patients with puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding,and randomly divided into observationgroup and routine group(n=26).Treatment with conventional group times the force,observation group was treated with mom rich grand,comparedtwo groups of patients to control bleeding time,fully hemostatic time,clinical curative effect and the incidence of adverse reactions.ResultsThe observation group were superior to control bleeding time and fully hemostatic time in patients with normal group of patients,and the observationgroup of patients with clinical total effective rate is higher,the relatively low incidence of adverse reactions,contrast the data statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion Patients with puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding by treatment of mom rich grand,can reduce the patients to control thebleeding time and completely stop the bleeding.
