络活喜联合雅施达治疗老年重型高血压的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:研究络活喜联合雅施达治疗老年重型高血压的效果。方法:将河南省开封市第二人民医院2015年4月至2017年2月收治的老年重型高血压患者100例分两组各为50例,单独组单纯给予络活喜治疗;联合组给予络活喜联合雅施达治疗。就两组患者治疗前后舒张压、收缩压情况和重型高血压治疗有效率、药物不良反应发生率进行比较。结果:联合组重型高血压治疗有效率明显高于单独组,P<0.05。其中,单独组有23例显效,有13例有效,有14例无效,总有效率为72.00%;联合组有29例显效,有17例有效,有4例无效,总有效率为92.00%。联合组有3例出现药物不良反应,有1例头晕,1例心悸和1例失眠,发生率6.00%;单独组有4例出现药物不良反应,有2例头晕,1例心悸和1例失眠,发生率8.00%,P>0.05。治疗前两组患者舒张压、收缩压情况无显著差异,对照组为(110.16±6.13)mmHg、(161.12±3.18)mmHg,观察组为(110.12±6.96)mmHg、(161.52±3.21)mmHg,P>0.05。联合组患者治疗后舒张压、收缩压情况(88.34±3.21)mmHg、(122.15±2.35)mmHg均明显优于单独组(95.61±4.53)mmHg、(141.41±2.12)mmHg,P<0.05。结论:络活喜联合雅施达治疗老年重型高血压的效果确切,可有效改善血压和预后,无严重不良反应,安全可靠,值得推广。Objective:To study the effect of Luohuoxi combined with Yashida in the treatment of severe hypertension in the elderly.Methods:100cases of elderly hypertensive patients admitted in our hospital from April2015to February2017were divided into50cases in two groups.Thegroup was treated with Luohuoxi treatment alone.The two groups of patients before and after treatment of diastolic blood pressure,systolic bloodpressure and severe hypertension treatment efficiency,the incidence of adverse drug reactions were compared.Results:The effective rate of severehypertension treatment was significantly higher in the combined group than in the single group(P<0.05).Among them,23cases were effective in thegroup,13cases were effective,14cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was72.00%;29cases were effective in the combined group,17caseswere effective,4cases were invalid,the total effective rate was92.00%.There were3cases of dizziness,1case of palpitations and1case of insomnia,the incidence of6.00%;4cases of adverse drug reactions alone,2cases of dizziness,1case of palpitations and1case of insomnia,The incidence of8.00%,P>0.05.There were no significant differences in diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure between the two groups before treatment,the control group was(110.16±6.13mmHg,(161.12±3.18)mmHg,the observation group was(110.12±6.96)mmHg,(161.52±3.21)mmHg,P>0.05.The diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the combined group were significantly higher than those of the control group(95.61±4.53)mmHg,(141.41±2.12)mmHg,P<0.05),and the rate of systolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure was(88.34±3.21)mmHgand(122.15±2.35)mmHg.Conclusion:The effect of Luohuoxi combined with Jieshida in the treatment of severe hypertension in the elderly can beeffective in improving blood pressure and prognosis,without serious adverse reactions,thus it is safe and reliable,and worthy of promotion.
