摘　　要：目的:探讨普罗帕酮和维拉帕米急诊转复阵发性室上性心动过速的疗效。方法:收治阵发性室上性心动过速患者88例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用维拉帕米治疗,观察组采用普罗帕酮治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗效果明显高于对照组,不良反应少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:普罗帕酮治疗阵发性室上性心动过速的效果更优。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of propafenone and verapamil in emergency cardioversion of paroxysmalsupraventricular tachycardia.Methods:88patients with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia were selected.They wererandomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with verapamil,and theobservation group was treated with propafenone.We compared the efficacy of two groups.Results:In the observation group,thetreatment effect was significantly higher than the control group,and the adverse reaction was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Propafenone was superior in the treatment of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia.
