急诊急救护理过程中运用整体护理对抢救成功率的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨急诊急救过程中施予整体干预的必要性及对抢救质量产生的影响。方法:收治急重症患者110例,根据护理措施的差异分组。A组54例以传统干预进行护理,B组56例以整体干预措施进行护理。结果:A组成功抢救例数少于B组(P<0.05),A组抢救时间多于B组(P<0.05)。结论:对急重症病例展开急诊急救干预时,以整体干预措施进行护理可提升抢救工作效率。Objective:To investigate the necessity of holistic intervention and its influence on the quality of emergency care.Methods:110cases of acute and severe patients were selected.They divided into groups according to the difference of nursingmeasures.The group A with54cases were treated by traditional intervention,and B group with56cases were treated with holisticintervention.Results:The number of successful rescue cases in group A was lower than that in group B(P<0.05),and the rescuetime of group A was higher than that of group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:When the emergency treatment is carried out in emergencyand critical cases,the overall intervention can improve the efficiency of the rescue work.
