摘　　要：中国联通运维部针对当前国际漫游业务中存在的用户数量快速增长与相应收入不匹配的现象,从用户及业务管理两个层面深度剖析原因,并通过国际漫游用户自主服务项目的建设使存量国际漫游用户产生漫游业务收入,为多渠道提升运营商收入水平与服务水平做出了有益尝试。To solve the problem of relatively less incomes with rapid growing amount of international roaming users for operators,the Department of Network Operation and Maintenance of the China Unicom analyzed the reasons from the aspects of users and service management,and then established self-service process for users to obtain international roaming service which can generate revenue,which has made a beneficial attempt to promote China Unicom’s service and earning.
