钠钾镁钙葡萄糖注射液临床使用合理性及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的:了解我院住院患者钠钾镁钙葡萄糖注射液临床使用情况,旨为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:利用医院信息系统(HIS),汇总2015年10月1日–12月31日我院使用钠钾镁钙葡萄糖注射液的数据,并随机抽取100份病历,对适应证、用法用量、配伍方案、不良反应等进行统计与分析。结果:2015年10月1日–12月31日全院共计使用钠钾镁钙葡萄糖注射液2254例,随机抽取的100份病例中,仅有17例有明确用药指征,4例患者存在用药禁忌症,13例存在潜在的用药配伍禁忌。结论:钠钾镁钙葡萄糖注射液在临床应用中存在不合理用药现象。应严格把握用药指征,避免不规范使用和过度使用,以降低患者药品费用,促进临床合理用药。Objective:To evaluate the rationality and safety of sodium potassium magnesium calcium and glucose injectionin clinical use in our hospital,and provide reference for rational drug use.Methods:By using hospital information system(HIS),aretrospective study was conducted in100patients who were treated with sodium potassium magnesium calcium and glucose injectionin our hospital during October1to December31in2015and analyzed in respect of the indication,usage and dosage,compatibilityregimen,adverse reactions,etc.Results:There were2254patients who were treated with sodium potassium magnesium calciumand glucose injection during the investigating period.We selected100cases via random allocation and evaluated the rationality ofthe drug use.Only17cases had clear indications.There were contraindications in4patients,and13cases had potential medicineincompatibility.Conclusion:The unreasonable uses of sodium potassium magnesium calcium and glucose injection included noindication for drug utilization,incompatibility,contraindication,etc.It is suggested that the medical institution should strengthen theadministration and supervision,in order to avoid excessive and irrational drug use and reduce the cost of patients.
