摘　　要：松花粉是一味历史悠久的药食同用中药,富含多种营养成分和生物活性成分,具有收敛止血、燥湿敛疮功效。研究表明松花粉具有保护器官、调节代谢、增强免疫、抗氧化及抗衰老等药理作用。本文从主要成分、药理作用、临床应用等方面综述了松花粉相关研究进展,为深入研究及开发利用提供参考。Pine pollen is a kind of Chinese materia medica with the homology of medicine and food,rich in a variety of nutrients and bioactive ingredients.It has the efficacy of hemostasis by convergence and eliminating dampness and astringing sores.Research showed that pine pollen is able to protect certain organs,regulate metabolism,enhance immunity and resist antioxidation and aging.This article reviewed pine pollen related research from the aspects of main components,pharmacological effects and clinical application,in order to provide references for further study and development and utilization.
