摘  要:民国时期中国高等工程教育得到了迅速发展,尤其是兵工高等教育在实践模式方面的探索卓有成效。经过一段时间的努力,不仅兵工教育的课程设置及教材得到进一步优化,师资力量也以专兼职结合的办法获得充实,学生的理论知识与实践操作实现了深度融合,从而为培养合格的兵工人才奠定了坚实基础。Chinese higher engineering education developed rapidly in the period of the Republic of China,especially very fruitful in the aspect of exploring the practice mode of higher ordnance education.After a period of exploration,not only the curriculum and teaching materials of ordnance education had further optimized,but also the teaching force was enriched by the method of combining full-time teachers with part-time teachers,and students’theoretical knowledge and practical operation had achieved further integration.That had laid a solid foundation for the cultivation of qualified military talent.
